The webservice is available for external applications to retrieve the forms from the FormsGenerator. Use HelloWorld to test the connection with the WebService.

Example of using the WebService in VBScript
First of all, you need to have MS SOAP Toolkit installed on the machine.
Create a file named testWebService.vbs and paste in the following code:

option explicit
Dim objXmlHandler
set objXmlHandler = CreateObject ("MSSOAP.SoapClient")
Call objXmlHandler.mssoapinit("http://localhost/formsgenerator/xml/xmlservice.asmx?WSDL", "XmlService", "XmlServiceSoap")
if err <> 0 then
  msgbox "initialization failed " + err.description
else
  msgBox objXmlHandler.HelloWorld()
end if
set objXmlHandler = nothing

Now, doubleclick the file to run it (on a windows machine). You should get a message box with the following text : "Hello World from Formsgenerator".
To get a real form, replace "msgBox objXmlHandler.HelloWorld()" with "msgBox objXmlHandler.GetForm("xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx")"
